The words shared here are reflections from those who have walked beside me in ceremony, mentorship, and healing. May their remembrances offer a glimpse into the transformations possible when we return to the sacred and remember who we truly are.
There are people who go into healing work to be of service but every so often, if you are lucky, you will come into contact with a true healer, one that can guide and support you through your own journey to true healing and transformation. These types of healers are extremely rare because their skills do not come from training and certifications alone, but rather from their experience and dedication to their own healing and the strength and wisdom gained from that commitment to their journey. Sylvie is such a healer.
Working with Sylvie is a transformational experience. She is able to provide a sacred and safe space to allow you to see, feel and release whatever needs to be seen, felt and let go. She can't do the work for you but her space is so sacred and safe that it allows you to face anything. She can do this because she has walked that same path. Her authenticity shines through in everything she does. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with Sylvie numerous times.
I was able to work through traumas, some of them real and some of them of my own way of seeing myself, to a place of clarity and understanding. Through this understanding, I've been able to heal from the traumas I experienced and approach my life in a completely new way. My work with Sylvie has released me from the distortions that trauma puts upon how I saw myself and my life.
Once you can walk through that fog to the other side of it, you realize that you are not your experiences. The strength within you that allowed you to survive what you did, can be channeled into a new way of living. You realize that you don't have to wait to be healed or free. You have that ability within you. You just have to realize that it is within and go after it. Sylvie helps you to see that possibility and illuminates the path until you can find it within yourself.

I was brought together with Sylvie through a previous client of hers because he saw how dark of a place I was in at the time.
I had undergone multiple personal traumas & losses, coupled with workplace stressors & my mental health had deteriorated to the point that I was regularly & actively considering suicide as an escape from the pain. I have been a police officer for 13 years & improperly handled the traumas I experienced over that time. This was due to a multitude of factors, I was naive & thought I was tougher than any other police officer ever was.
I was also never given the tools by my agency to deal properly with the experiences I had. I had lost multiple colleagues & friends to suicide& was finally able to identify & understand why they turned to that option for some relief.
I was initially skeptical, as I had been prescribed antidepressants & even anti psychotic drugs, all to no avail. I had reserved myself to a life of depression & planned that once my children had grown up, I would then end my life. I did not see myself growing old with my wife or enjoying being a grandfather in the future.
I went into our first session hopeful but with very low expectations. I didn't think it would work for me. I felt completely relaxed, calm & overall safe throughout my entire session. There was no timeline, I felt like Sylvie was giving me all of her attention & care throughout the ceremony & even afterwards as we shared some food & just talked for a few hours.
Her follow up has been incredible, from the integration sessions following the ceremony, to simply a random text out of no where asking how I have been doing, she genuinely cares about those she helps.

As a veteran with PTSD I went through over 17 years of psychotherapy and antidepressant/anti-anxiety medication with good success. Years of work with the traditional therapeutic approaches have brought me from wanting to leave this life to wanting to stay in it, but that meant living in a grey area with no excitement. I needed and deserved more from this life but had hit a dead end with traditional treatment. I finally fell in the hands of Sylvie by recommendation from friends and a reputable therapist.
Initially I was scared and worried as this alternative world was 180 degrees from my personal beliefs and my past as an ex- soldier. But once I had my first meeting with Sylvie, I discovered how knowledgeable and competent she is in the realm of alternative therapies/energy work. One of the greatest gifts I've been able to offer myself in my healing journey has been through working with psychedelic medicine. This was first made possible for me when I met Sylvie. Prior to this, I was diagnosed with PTSD and depression. I did a 5MEO-DMT session with Selvia & it still resonates inside me & continues to have an effect. To experience this was a real life changer for me, a physical experience that remains as a memory in the cells of my body.
