Cancellation Policy
This call is part of your paid program with Selvia and does not incur any additional fees at the time of booking. Please review the following policy to ensure you get the most out of your time together: - Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. If something comes up, we encourage you to select a new time that works better for you. To do so, simply log into your account at intemana.ca using the email and password you created when booking. From there, you’ll be able to view and manage your upcoming calls under “My Bookings.” - Cancellations: Cancellations are not permitted. Instead, please reschedule to maintain access to your session. - No Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be considered a forfeited session and will not be rescheduled or refunded. - Client Responsibility: You are responsible for booking your own sessions. If you do not schedule your call within the time allotted in your program, you will forfeit the opportunity to connect with Selvia.
